An Act relative to the assessment of local taxes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of  chapter 59, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 370 and 371, the words “one hundred and fifty thousand dollars”, and inserting in place thereof the following figure, “$500,000”.
