In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the spinal cord injury trust fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general law or regulation to the contrary there shall be an additional fee equal to the amount of sales tax paid on any ammunition purchased within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Said money shall be forwarded to the state treasurer for deposit into the Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund.
