In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the spinal cord injury trust fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general law or regulation to the contrary there shall be a $25.00 fee assessed on the purchase or registration on any motorcycle or all terrain vehicle purchased or registered in the Commonwealth.  Said money shall be forwarded to the state treasurer for deposit into the Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund.
