In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act exempting public safety vehicles from the gasoline tax.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.           Chapter 64A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 8A the following: -

                Section 8B.  The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to sales to cities and town of fuel to be used by public safety motor vehicles.
