An Act exempting certain veterans from the motor evehicle excise. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “eye”, in line 118, the following words:— nor to a motor vehicle owned and registered by a World War I, World War II, Korean, Vietnam, Gulf, Iraq, or Afghanistan war veteran who according to the records of the United States Veterans Administration, by reason of service in the armed forces of the United States, is receiving a 100% disability allowance from said veterans administration.
