 An Act relative to meals and sales tax.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the governor may in the calendar years 2007, 2008 and 2009 reduce the meals tax and sales to an amount not lower than 2 per cent for up to 5 days in each year.
