In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act amending the sales and use tax exemption for clothing.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in lines 165 and 166 the words “one hundred and seventy-five” and inserting in place thereof the following:— “two hundred and fifty”.

 

SECTION 2. The provisions of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
