In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the sale or conversion of agricultural land for residential or commercial use.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 14 of chapter 61A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “United States Mails.” in line 32 the following sentence:—“In the case of an intended conversion not involving sale, the landowner may not revoke the notice of intent within said option period.”
