Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
An Act relative to the property tax deferral program.
SECTION 1.
Clause forty-first A of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended, in the first paragraph thereof by striking out in line 2 the words “sixty-five” and inserting in place thereof the word “sixty”; and in line 18 thereof by striking out the words “forty thousand” and inserting in place thereof the words “sixty-two thousand”.
