 An Act allowing certain disabled persons to postpone payment of real estate taxes.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   Clause forty-first A of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, inserted by chapter 287 of the acts of 1974, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “over”, in line 2, the words:— or a person who is receiving a disability pension from the Social Security Administration or the commonwealth.
