 An Act expanding the title V tax credit.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 6(i) of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 183, the word “residential” and inserting in place thereof the word “real”.

 

SECTION 2.  Section 6(i) of said chapter 62 is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 184 and 185, the words “and who occupies property as his principal residence”.
