In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to certain filings with the Department of Revenue.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

Section 5 of Chapter 62C of the General Laws is amended by adding the following sentence:

 

 Notwithstanding the above, the Commissioner shall accept payment by check or any other means of legal tender.
