An Act relative to maximum age restrictions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

  SECTION 1.  Chapter 31, Section 58A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 5 by striking out the words “thirty-second birthday” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “fortieth birthday”
