An Act relative to sales tax exemption.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:—
(ww) The first $15,000.00 of the purchase price on the sale of new automobiles by any person.

SECTION 2. This act shall expire on January 1, 2009.
