An Act repealing the motor vehicle excise tax.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section sixty A of the General Laws is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect as of January 1, 2005.
