In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to Fast Lane reimbursement.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 64A of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended in Section 7 by adding in line 24, after the words “invoices received by said authority” the words “In the case of Fast Lane users the Authority shall automatically issue a statement of miles traveled and the amount of the gas tax reimbursement allowable to the taxpayer under this section.  Said statement shall for all purposes be deemed acceptable to the commissioner of revenue for the determination of said reimbursement.”
