An Act relative to tax deferral agreements. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “instruments”, in lines 912 and 913, the following:— provided, however, a city or town may agree to make such lien subordinate to mortgage liens.
