In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause 50, of Section 5, of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line three by adding after the word “old”:— “or a person who is certified by a physician as permanently disabled”.
SECTION 2. Clause 50, of Section 5, of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is further amended in line eight by adding after the word “old”:— “or a person who is certified by a physician as permanently disabled”.
SECTION 3. Clause 50, of Section 5, of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is further amended in line nine by striking the word “elderly”.
