In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the sale of anti smoking materials.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Officials Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following line at the end thereof:-

 

                -Sales of materials or devices used for anti-smoking purposes by individuals.
