An Act relative to low income tax credits.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Paragraph (2) of subdivision (k) of Section 6 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as amended by section 81 of Chapter 127 of the Acts of 1999, is hereby amended by striking out the figure $750 and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $1500
