An Act relative to the trafficking of  methamphetamine.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 32E, subparagraph (b) of Chapter 94C as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition of the General Laws is hereby amended by changing the reference in the second line from “clause (3) of paragraph (c)” to “clause (2) of paragraph (c).”
