Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 57 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 102 of chapter 149 of the acts of 2004, is hereby further amended by striking out the last sentence.
SECTION 2. The seventh paragraph of section 57C of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 26 of chapter 352 of the acts of 2004, is hereby further amended by striking out the second sentence.
