In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act Relative to Payment in Lieu of Taxes.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Section 17 of Chapter 58 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence: -

 

                Provided that in no event shall any city or town receive an amount less than the payment received from the treasurer in the prior fiscal year.
