 An Act relative to senior citizens clubs.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

Section 6 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2000 Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 369, the word “sixty” and inserting in place thereof the following:— “fifty-five”.
The provisions of this act shall take effect on the first day of the calendar quarter, immediately following ninety days after the passage of this act.
