An Act relative to property tax classification in cities and towns.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of Chapter 3 of the Acts of Two Thousand and Four is hereby repealed.
