In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the registers technology fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.           Chapter 9 § 31 is hereby amended by deleting the last two sentences and inserting in place thereof the following:

                From March 15, 2003 through June 30, 2011, all surcharges on fees collected pursuant to this section shall be forwarded the Registers Technology Fund established in Section 2JJJ of Chapter 29.  From July 1, 2011, all of the surcharges shall be forwarded to the general fund as provided in Section 2 of said Chapter 29.
