In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1. Section 1 of chapter 64G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after subsection (j), the following new subsection:--
(k) “Friends and Family Rate”, rooms rented to employees of an Operator and relatives and friends of employees at a rate determined by the Operator.
2. Section 1, subsection (j) of said chapter 64G is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “whatsoever.”, the following:-- “Rent for rooms rented under a Friends and Family Rate shall be based solely on the rate determined by the Operator.”
