In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2A of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 39, after the word “public” the following words: — or land which is used for agricultural purposes.
SECTION 2. Said section 2A of said chapter 59, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out line 43 the word “agricultural”.
SECTION 3. Section 4 of chapter 61A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in line 20, the words “class three, commercial property” and inserting in place thereof the words: — class two, open space land.
