An Act authorizing reports by the commonwealth and cities and towns to be available on the Internet

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, all reports published by the commonwealth and any city or town shall be available on the Internet free of charge.
