An Act to clarify the regulation of privatization contracts .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The fifth paragraph of section 53 of chapter 7 of the General Laws is amended by adding at the end of the second sentence, the following:

with the exception of any contract for the provision of employment and training services that have in the past been performed by public employees.
