An Act providing for the reduction of the classes and amount of work for certain contractors.  .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Subsection (5) of section 44D of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 104, the words “decertify a contractor” and inserting in place thereof the following words:— decertify a contractor, or reduce the classes of work and amount of work, or both, on which the contactor is eligible to bid.
