 An Act honoring massachusetts african americans .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

The superintendent of state office buildings shall, subject to the approval of the art commissioner, a mural, plaques or busts, to honor the contributions of African-Americans in Massachusetts

 

Said mural, plaques, or busts shall be placed on a wall space in the 2nd floor hallway across from room 223 or room 224 of the state house.
