An Act relative to an employer's first report of injury notices of injured employee.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Clause Twenty-sixth, paragraph (c) of section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (c) lines 141 to 143 and inserting in place thereof the following new paragraph:-

   (c) personnel and medical files or information; also any other materials or data relating to a specifically named individual, the disclosure of which may constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy;  also the name and home address of any injured employee whereas such address has been reported to any agency of the commonwealth;
