An Act relative to cooperative purchasing agreements.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 SECTION 1.  Chapter 7 of the general laws, section 22A is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:  “For the purposes of this section political subdivisions of the Commonwealth may enter into said agreements with an out-of-state entity or out-of-state communities.”

 SECTION 2.  Chapter 7 of the general laws, section 22B is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:  “For the purposes of this section political subdivisions of the Commonwealth may enter into said agreements with an out-of-state entity or out-of-state communities.”
