In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act authorizing agency input into co location of EOHHS offices.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                Section 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the division of capital asset management and maintenance shall consult with the affected agencies to ensure that the new space allows the agencies to meet their missions and allows for the confidentiality of clients, before making determination to co-locate agencies.

      Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
