In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to convention centers.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   Chapter 152 of the Acts of 1997 is hereby amended by inserting after section 24 the following section:—
Section 24A. No exhibitor using any convention or exhibition center financed in whole or part by the commonwealth shall require any person or entity maintaining a display at such center to use any particular contractor to set up its display and shall not charge any fee for failure to use a particular contractor.
