An Act concerning conflict of interest.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 268A of the General Laws is amended by adding the following section:—
Section 26. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a firefighter engaged in a secondary form of employment; however no firefighter may inspect any work performed or materials or appliances supplied by said firefighter or firefighters business within the proceeding five years.
