In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to certain contractors performing work for the Commonwealth.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, any contractor/sub-contractor performing work for the Massachusetts highway department shall use vehicles only registered in the commonwealth to perform said work.
