An Act relative to the Board of Electrical Examiners.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 13: Section 32.  Board; membership; appointment; term; executive secretary; compensation and expenses

In line three after the word “and “ striking the word eight and adding the word; twelve.

In line twelve after the word “electrician;” striking the word one and adding the word; five.

In line 16 after the word ”Purposes” adding the words; and whom at the time of appointment shall be a member or an employee of a member of a trade union or a party or an employee of a party to a contract with a trade union;
