An Act relative to breakdown lanes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 4B of chapter 89 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:–  provided, however, if the right hand lane has been designated as a breakdown lane so called use of such lane for travel shall not be permitted at any time.
