In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to records open to public inspection.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 66 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence: -

 

 

“All records in the custody of the state secretary which are ninety years or older shall be open to public inspection.”
