An Act relative to the imposition of parking fees upon state employees at institutions of higher education.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after section 66 the following new section:-

Section 67.  The Commonwealth shall not impose any parking fees upon state employees at institutions of higher education.
