An Act amending the public records law.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. cl 26 of Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, as a new sub-clause (k), the following:-

(k) attorney work product and attorney-client privileged material.
