An Act relative to energy conservation service public advisory committee.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 3(d) of Chapter S61 of the General Laws (Chapter 465 of the Acts of 1980), is hereby amended by inserting in Section 3(d), after the number (13), the following line:—
   Section 3(d) — (14) a representative from the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy.
