An Act further regulating water companies.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 165 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 2B the following section:—

Section 2C. Corporations and companies shall be liable for the repair and maintenance of main shut off valves no matter where located.
