An Act amending the advertising and bidding requirements for municipal lighting plants.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 56D of Chapter 164 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “ten thousand dollars” in line 2 and inserting in place thereof the words “twenty-five thousand dollars.”
