 An Act regarding utility work delay notification.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 22K of chapter 166 as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: - only with notification of the selectmen, councilors, aldermen or overseeing committee having jurisdiction within the community where the delay to work is being performed.
