An Act relative to clarification of utility fine payments.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 22D of chapter 166 as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “continues” in line 20 the following: - by the municipality having jurisdiction in the area where work is to be performed.
