An Act relative to recognizing cellular telephones with camera or video capabilities .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

All cellular telephones sold in Massachusetts, or used in Massachusetts, which have camera, picture-taking, or video capabilities must have a visible yellow stripe on the outside of the telephone.
