An Act relative to the renewable energy trust fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 4E of Chapter 40J of the General Laws, as amended by section 183 of Chapter 26 of the Acts of 2003, is hereby further amended in section (f)(1) by inserting after the words “landfill gas” the following: - steam turbine cogeneration systems; and further by inserting after the words “coal, oil, natural gas except when used in fuel cells,” the following: - or steam turbine cogeneration systems.
